Executive abstract

The report reclassifies the globe as an envelope condition.

The Binary Flat Earth Model describes a binary planar cosmological system in which the observable terrestrial surface, designated the Primary Plane, is opposed by an inferred Counterplane across a magnetogravitic field-interaction zone.

Each plane is enclosed by a transparent firmamental boundary. When considered as a coupled system, these paired firmaments generate an Apparent Spherical Envelope: a sphere-like observational silhouette commonly misinterpreted as evidence for a continuous spherical terrestrial mass.

System stability is attributed to Bilateral Magnetostatic Equilibrium, a field condition generated by the countervailing effects of Mutual Planar Gravitation and Opposed Dome Polarity.

Institutional correction
The error is not observation. It is interpretation.

Four structures and one boundary condition carry the system.

The Counterplane remains inferred because the stabilising field also blocks access.

The Equilibrium Void is not empty space. It is a compressed boundary region in which gravitational, polar, and firmamental field behaviours converge.

Within this region, the Bilateral Occlusion Field, technically described as a Magnetogravitic Occlusion Layer, prevents physical traversal, direct observation, and signal coherence between the Primary Plane and Counterplane.
